* ONE Registration Fee includes the following for the registered authors:
- Welcome reception;
- Conference Package;
- Participation in the Conference Technical Program in the Academy;
- Conference Proceedings;
- Coffee break on the presentation days;
- Lunch on the presentation days;
- Banquets;
- Transportation between the events.
Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has more than one accepted papers, the discount on additional papers registration is available.
The first paper will be charged a full fee and each additional paper will be charged with 50% discount (only if the same author is registered for all the papers).
Coauthors who will physically attend IMLA and/or IMEC conference receive 100 € discount of the respective fee.
We will offer technical and social tours with additional fee!
